Jungle house In La Fargeseraie (la_fargeseraie_renovee)

I can’t wait to see the new windows in my home – they are going to look so much better than what I have now. The color of them is like a light blue with lighter streaks on it and their shape makes all these different shapes that you would never think about!

It’s not anything for me, but when people come over we’ll be able to just watch out our window as if we’re looking at something really cool from outside or inside too because there will always be someone watching us back.

We were initially charmed by the installation, but it soon became apparent that we weren’t totally on board. It was too dark in our house and there wasn’t enough light coming through to give us any sense of charm or beauty at all during those winter months when days are shorter than they should be.

The technique is surely valid for large openings like windows, but not a case where you have less space – especially if you’re living off an alley with only one window frame width 110cm wide!

I’ve personally been blocking it for 10 years and waiting to be able to correct it.

This will now be done at the end of April, with 2 new joineries in the living room which will provide 30% more light and we all know how pleasant a bright living room is.

The new joinery will be in wood; I designed them so as not only remove our central post but also bring even more light into this spacious space by opening up views of what’s outside: #jardinjungle!

I have been experimenting with how to paint a house before it is actually built, and I would love some feedback.

Traditional openings work well for warm weather but can be problematic on hot nights because they do not provide enough ventilation during the warmer months of summer when temperatures are high.

While painting houses in my simulation app, I accidentally used light gray smudges instead of dark colors which may serve as an idea – what does everyone think?
